Effective October 16, 2026. This policy explains what information Utmost collects through utmosthomes.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Utmost is the real estate, ADU consulting, and home financing practice of Zach Plumb. Real estate services are provided through HomeSmart Realty West, ADU consulting through Utmost ADU Consultants LLC, and mortgage loans through C2 Financial Corporation. Information we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, property address, city, ZIP code, home details such as beds and baths, your timeline, and any message you include. Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a home value analysis, discuss buying, selling, ADU, or financing services with you, and keep a record of our conversations. If you become a client, we use it to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship management system we use to manage contacts. The site is hosted by Netlify, and its fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers process information on our behalf. We may also share information when you ask us to, such as with a lender, escrow company, or other professional involved in your transaction, or when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information for as long as it is useful for our relationship with you, or as long as real estate and lending record-keeping laws require.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make one, email zach@utmosthomes.com or call 619-438-5585. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
